Platform policies
Platform terms
The working rules for accounts, campaigns, contributions and platform decisions.
01 / Platform policies
Your account and responsibilities
Use accurate registration details and keep control of your account. Client workspaces use organization membership; contributor activity belongs to your own account. Never share credentials or impersonate another person. Access can be restricted when verification, account status or campaign permissions do not permit an operation.
02 / Platform policies
Campaigns and participation
A campaign defines permitted source content, platforms, language, reward rate, minimum eligible views, per-post caps, measurement period and live-post obligations. Read the published rules before joining. Participation records the accepted rules version. A public post must come from a verified social account you control.
03 / Platform policies
Funding and eligible earnings
The current marketplace settles in EUR. A 10% platform fee is allocated from campaign funding and the remainder funds creator rewards. Recorded views do not by themselves create payable earnings: ownership, content, disclosure, risk, measurement and live-post checks must pass. Reward allocations cannot exceed the available pool.

Reviews, restrictions and questions
Campaigns and submissions can require human review. The operations team records decisions and reasons; risk checks can hold activity while evidence is reviewed. Contact support from your workspace with the campaign or submission reference when you need an explanation.

Service status and final agreement
These pages describe the current application workflow. The operator’s legal identity, applicable law, contractual cancellation/refund rules and final agreement wording must be approved before a production launch. This operational guide does not supply those missing contractual details.
