Platform policies
Content and source rights
A clear standard for briefs, source material and published clips.
01 / Platform policies
Use content you are authorized to share
Clients must declare appropriate rights before creating a campaign. Contributors must stay within the brief’s authorized editing and publication scope. Permission to view a source link is not permission to reuse every element it contains.
02 / Platform policies
Keep the creative brief accurate
Describe the product or story honestly. Do not fabricate endorsements, impersonate people, create misleading claims or misrepresent campaign results. Avoid exposing confidential information or unrelated personal data in source material and optional AI review input.
03 / Platform policies
Respect platform and campaign boundaries
Use the permitted platforms, language and disclosure requirements. A submission must be a supported public post from a verified account. Content and disclosure checks are separate from automated measurement evidence.
04 / Platform policies
Review and takedown handling
Staff can approve or reject submitted content and record reasons. Expired source permissions can pause affected campaigns. Suspicious measurement evidence can place a post on risk hold. Ask support for the applicable review reason and provide the relevant content reference.

Report an issue
Use your workspace support conversation to report a rights concern, misleading clip or account misuse. Include the campaign ID, submission ID and public URL where available. Never attach identity documents or social account credentials to a support message.
