01 / Platform policies

Before creating a brief

Confirm you hold the required content, music, trademark and personality rights. Provide source material you can authorize contributors to edit and publish. State permitted uses and restrictions in the brief. A source link is managed by its external host; do not include unrelated private documents.

02 / Platform policies

Set the economics explicitly

Choose the funding budget, rate per 1,000 eligible views, minimum views, per-post cap, measurement hours and minimum live days. The current platform reserves 10% of funding as its fee. Draft assets become locked when funding begins. Review all values before checkout.

03 / Platform policies

Identity, business and publication review

Configured funding requires verified buyer identity. Organization campaigns require business verification before staff approval. Funding confirmation comes from verified payment evidence. Staff then check rights and campaign safety before publication; requested changes return to the client for revision.

04 / Platform policies

Manage people and campaign data

Owners and managers can perform authorized campaign changes. Analysts are intended for read access. Organization membership revocation removes access to organization campaigns, including for the original creator. Never use client team membership to grant platform staff permissions.

05 / Platform policies

Issues and settlement exceptions

Raise questions with the campaign reference in your workspace. Refunds and charge disputes place funding under review rather than silently releasing creator liabilities. Final commercial cancellation, refund and dispute terms require operator approval before production.
